1. Introduction and Acceptance

2.4 Single Account Requirement

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) viojl account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. viojl employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of multiple accounts, viojl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets and transactions, confiscate all balances including deposits and winnings, and permanently ban the individual from using viojl Services.

You agree to provide, upon request, clear and legible copies of government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, Philippine national ID, or similar), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and any additional documentation required for verification purposes. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions including inability to withdraw funds.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your viojl account credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party for any reason. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account credentials, whether or not such activity was actually authorized by you.

3.4 Account Activity Monitoring

You are responsible for regularly monitoring your viojl account activity including deposits, withdrawals, bet history, bonus usage, and account balance. You agree to review your transaction history regularly and to report any discrepancies, unauthorized transactions, or errors to viojl customer support within seven (7) days of the transaction date. Claims regarding unauthorized transactions reported more than seven days after the transaction may not be investigated or resolved in your favor.

4.4 Wagering Requirements for Withdrawals

5.5 Maximum Withdrawals from Bonuses

8.1 Limited License

viojl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website and Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. 9. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability
